Browsholme Hall Wedding, Clitheroe
I’m so excited to share with you Catriona and Alex’s gorgeous wedding at Browsholme Hall, an incredible 16th century home with stunning grounds and gardens. It lies just outside Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley and the surrounding landscape is just to die for! Catriona and Alex enjoyed a beautifully sunny April afternoon; the weather perfectly matching their gorgeous wedding.
These lovely two are high school sweethearts who became engaged while travelling in Amsterdam, Alex popping the question on their first night away and continued the celebrations with pizza and cheap champagne, how very romantic! The style of the wedding was relaxed but elegant. We had a great time exploring the amazing grounds of Browsholme Hall for some epic portraits, and the relaxed layout of the Tithe Barn with the long tables for the wedding breakfast was perfect and suited the informal nature of the day. Catriona looked just amazing in her dress which was a bespoke number designed by Jo Bromley at the Couture Company. The flowers were courtesy of the wonderful team at Flower Design and the yummy food was cooked by the wonderful caterers Twelve. Also, Alex’s dad’s Porsche made a special appearance as wedding car and it seemed silly not to feature it in their album! The venue was dressed by Creative Cover Hire and it all just looked fabulous. We enjoyed an incredible sunset for yet more epic photos after drinks in the barn courtyard and a delicious outdoor pizza oven for evening food to fuel all the dance moves as we danced the night away. A massive thanks to Catriona and Alex for looking after me so perfectly and to all involved in making it such a lovely day. Here’s a few of my favourites:
