Faye & Dom’s wedding ceremony took place on a gorgeous June day at All Saints Church in Whitefield, a beautiful big church on the outskirts of Manchester. Faye, arrived at the church in style along with her bridesmaids and father in an amazingly decorated white VW Camper Van which entirely suited their day and personalities perfectly. She walked down the aisle to the accompaniment of a harpist who played beautifully throughout the morning. The ceremony was gorgeous and Faye's young nieces played an integral role as bridesmaids and even read a poem to the guests during the service. There was tears from mum, nervous giggles from Dom and lots of love from all in attendance. We then headed to the reception at the Bolholt Country Park Stables near Bury, and what a stunning location it is! So much natural light pours through the windows in the main room which always looks amazing in photos. Dom’s speech was an absolute winner; he really knows how to work a crowd and pulled on the heartstrings evoking yet more tears from mum and many others. From the Boholt the views across the countryside are to die for with the lush surrounding fields and greenery so we took some fab portraits in the evening sunshine. The dancing kicked off shortly after, and some impressive shapes were pulled by family members young and not-so-young. The band played a mixture of Soul and Motown with the horn section taking centre stage and it’s no secret that I absolute love a trumpet and saxophone solo! Faye looked fantastic with her dress, flowers and hair all complimenting one another perfectly, and Dom also scrubbed up pretty well in his dapper looking suit - what a gorgeous and handsome couple they make. It really was a fab day - well done to all involved! Bolholt Country Park: I hope to be back soon.
