Chloe & Matt married in October of last year at the stunning Cowdray House in the South Downs (yes I go all the way down there as well, not just Yorkshire!) It was such a perfect day and one I was so happy to be a part of. The house is an amazing venue and perfect spot for a wedding; the grand interior is matched by the stunning rolling countryside surrounding the estate. Speaking as a photographer, the grand and luxurious Buck Hall where the ceremony took place is just stunning because the light is so perfect and I absolutely loved shooting there. Chloe looked just incredible in her wedding dress and her bridesmaids and make-up girl were fabulous in helping her get ready in the morning as well as keeping her champagne topped up on a regular basis! Matt was equally handsome in his suit and they make such a wonderful couple. I’m very keen at this point to give a massive thumbs up to florist Jenni Bloom who’s incredible flower arrangements lifted the whole venue and were stunning throughout - it’s a big place but she has a lot of beautiful flowers and made my job a whole lot easier!
After the I do’s we celebrated in style with a delicious meal from Jacaranda catering and partied the night away with a fab live band and there was some serious moves on the dance floor. I stole the new bride and groom away from their party for a quick 10 minute night time portrait session at this point (thanks guys) and I love the results so much. Finally, thank you so much to all the team at Cowdray House for looking after so well and to all involved in making it such a brilliant wedding, and also to Chloe & Matt for being great sports on the day!
