Amy & Dom married on a beautifully sunny June day at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Moortown, Leeds. It was such a beautiful day for a perfect wedding and Yorkshire did me proud once again! Amy’s preparations took place at her parent’s house in Harewood while Dom and the boys suited up at the Harewood Arms pub across the road. Both looked magnificent I’m sure you’ll agree and make the perfect couple. The service was lovely and the church looked stunning in the summer sunshine. Amy giggled her way through most of it with smiles aplenty from all in attendance - and it set the tone perfectly for a laughter filled day. After the formalities had been completed we popped outside for a few group shots and a LONG confetti line before making our way to the East Keswick Village Hall, a short drive away for the reception.
The hall is a perfect setting for a relaxed wedding; the surrounding cow fields give stunning views across the rolling Yorkshire countryside and make for a perfect backdrop for some epic photographs. We made the most of the weather with lots of sunny outdoor portraits, and topped up our tans in the process. Amy & Dom had decked the hall out with beautiful flowers and DIY decorations and they all looked amazing, you could tell they had spent a lot of time and effort making it so perfect. We ate very well indeed and danced the night away to a live band Groove On Top who kept the dance floor filled from start to finish. Thank you so much to Amy & Dom for having me along to take their photographs, and for looking after me so well, and their lovely friends and family for being so wonderful on the day. Good work to all involved, and here’s to many more sunny Yorkshire weddings!
