Lauren and Russell's fun packed wedding had it all. We started at Remedy Barbers in Leeds where Russell and his groomsmen stopped by for a shave and a haircut (accompanied by a small amount of whisky!) They all looked rather dapper and very well groomed indeed. The ceremony took place at Leeds Town Hall where Lauren and her Dad arrived in an incredible 1950's Beauford car. She looked amazing in her dress and her glamorous ride complimented her overall style beautifully. The ceremony was a small one with just families and a few select friends in attendance, and Lauren’s brothers performed a lovely reading to the guests. Shortly after we marched down to Park Square in the city centre for group shots where the turning autumn leaves presented a luscious backdrop. A delicious three course lunch was served at Shears Yard accompanied by Prosecco and cocktails. We then stopped off at The Lamb & Flag Pub for a quick pint and continued on to Sela Bar. I've never been to such a well branded wedding - in Sela there were posters on the wall, custom made beer cans from Northern Monk Brew Co with their name and date included, bunting galore and even their very own personalised pizza and cocktail menu, what’s not to love?!?! The evening's entertainment was provided by the amazingly raucous Howlin' Rick & The Rocketeers - at this point Russell presented Lauren with a custom pair of Nike Air Trainers with her name and wedding date embroidered on the side, and we danced the night away. Finishing the night off was a hilarious but brilliant DJ set from Russell’s dad, a hospital DJ by trade. What an awesome wedding and one I was so glad to be a part of it. I love a bustling city centre wedding - Lauren and Russell you absolutely rocked it!!
